User Reviews about Super Hero Squad
I bought this game for my home Wii hoping one of my grandsons would enjoy it. All of my grandchildren and children love this game and choose it before all others. -- the best wii game so far
Perfect for small children.
I am an avid gamer and now that I am a dad I would love for my son to start trying to play games as well. I bought him a DS and marvel super heroes and at the age of 2 and a half my son wont put the DS down. The storyline plays like a side scrolling mario based game. My son is not old enough to complete the full story without a little help, but that is where the battle mode comes in.
Battle mode is basically a smash brothers fighting style. You select what character you want to be (my son chooses Hulk) and then choose and opponent and you can just hit your attack buttons until your the last man standing. All in all my son is pleased and I can wash dishes or fold laundry and have him sit on a couch and laugh it up. He makes me giggle when he screams " I Died" lol.
The graphics are a little choppy, but as a child, I dont think my son minds to much.
-- Perfect for ages 2-6
I like most things Marvel so I bought it, but the fact that you have the start a level ALL the way from the beginning doesn't made it worth it. However, the way they did the "boss battles" are pretty cool. Regardless, I would not pay more than like 15-20 dollars for it. -- You Better Like The Characters Cause The Game Is Horrid
I purchased this for my 9-year old grandson and in his words, "Granny this game is so much fun I don't want to stop playing it and do my school homework. But if I don't my dad will not let me play. He said, "I give it three thumbs up".Super Hero Squad -- Grandsons review of Super Hero Squad
